Design, construction, operation
The three solutions follow the life stages of an asset and use the same digital model, which gains data from one stage to the next.
Design & Planning Automation covers design: Scan to BIM of existing conditions, BIM management to ISO 19650, MEP design, coordinated modelling and scripts that automate repetitive tasks and quality checks. Construction Digital Twin takes the model on site: time and cost linked to BIM (4D and 5D), progress monitoring with scans and AI analysis, dashboards for every stakeholder. Asset Digital Twin follows the building after handover: the as-built model integrated with BMS and IoT sensors for maintenance, facility management and energy use.
