Content and trademarks
Text, images, video, models, guides and software published on this site belong to BIMON S.r.l. or their respective owners and are protected by copyright. You may quote them with a link to the source. Any other use, including reproduction in commercial or tender documents, requires our written consent.
Names and logos of clients, partners and media belong to their owners and are mentioned only to refer to projects, collaborations or articles.
Online tools
The free tools on this site (BIM Mandate Checker, Digital Twin ROI calculator, Scan to BIM estimator, IFC Viewer) give indicative results. They are not legal advice, technical advice, a feasibility study or a commercial offer, and they do not replace checking the current legal text and the tender documents.
Prices shown on the site and in the Scan to BIM estimator are 'starting from' orders of magnitude, excluding VAT: the price of a job is only the one in our written proposal.
The IFC Viewer opens files in your browser: the model is not uploaded to our servers. Data you enter in a form to receive a report or a quote is processed as described in the privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
We prepare and update the content with care, but regulations, prices and market data change. Articles, guides and tool results are for information only: before taking technical, financial or tender decisions, check the sources cited or ask for specific advice.
To the extent permitted by law, BIMON S.r.l. is not liable for damage arising from the use of the information and tools on this site, nor for interruptions or errors of the service.
