One method, six industries
We work with BIM and digital twins on very different assets, but with the same method: clear information requirements, coordinated models, repeatable checks and data that pass from design to construction and then to operations.
In airports the challenge is working on live infrastructure, as at Fiumicino, Malpensa and Ciampino. In hospitals dense MEP systems and continuous maintenance matter: from Etlik in Ankara to the digital twin of Prato Hospital. In infrastructure the model covers kilometres of works, from the Doha Red Line North to the Naples-Bari railway. In industrial plants and data centres, as for CERN and ECMWF, every system must be in its place. In residential and mixed-use projects the model also serves those who will sell and run the spaces.
